Defines the permitted uses of Aulaxis Cloud, SaaS, infrastructure and managed services.
1. Scope
Applies to any platform, server or service that Aulaxis hosts or operates for its clients.
2. Prohibited uses
Distributing malware, sending spam, attacking other systems, attempting unauthorized access, hosting illegal content or infringing third-party rights.
3. Reasonable use of resources
Resources are sized in each contract. Usage that affects service stability is discussed with the client to adjust it.
4. Measures for non-compliance
Aulaxis may limit or suspend the affected service, notifying the client, and cooperate with authorities when the law requires.
