Describes how we protect this site, the data we receive and the platforms we operate for our clients.
1. Scope
Applies to aulaxis.com, its forms and the Cloud and SaaS services operated by Aulaxis.
2. Site protection
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), server-side form validation, spam protection and submission limits.
3. Access control
Access to servers and databases only for authorized staff, with individual credentials and least privilege.
4. Backups
Daily backups of the platforms we operate, with restore tests. In custom architectures, the frequency is defined with each client and can be as often as hourly.
5. Monitoring and updates
24/7 monitoring, security patches and updates tested before going to production.
6. Incident management
When an incident occurs, we contain it, investigate, inform the affected client and apply measures so it does not happen again.
7. Vulnerability reporting
If you find a vulnerability in our systems, email contacto@aulaxis.com with the subject “Security”. We will reply as soon as possible.
8. Client responsibility
Each client must protect its passwords, manage its users’ permissions and review the content it publishes.
